Qualified Epic Resources

100+ Epic New Hires for Large Systems Integrator

For a large Systems Integrator, we were engaged to source 100 Epic new hires over a 6-month period of time. This client was having a great deal of difficulty getting their HR department to generate the resources they needed to execute client engagements.

Results: We put together a team of 10 recruiters which averaged 4 candidates per recruiter/per week. We presented between 100 and 150 qualified and interested candidates per month to the client, who then fed them into their HR system and hiring process. By the end of the project, we generated over 900 qualified Epic resources for this client, who was able to meet their hiring requirements.

Senior Managers Hired with Solid EMR Skills

20 Managers with Solid EMR Technology Skills for Large Systems Integrator

For Healthcare Technology Systems Integrator, they needed to hire 20 Senior Managers and Managers with solid EMR technology (Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Soarian) skills within a 6 month period of time.

Results: Using our internal recruiting team and proprietary internal database, we submitted 10 to 20 qualified/interested candidates per month and reached this client’s hiring target in 5 months time.

A large Systems Integrator needed to dramatically improve the hiring of a large number of qualified EMR consultants for their consulting teams. In addition, they needed an assessment and remediation plan for their internal hiring operation to better match the market demands.

Results: We assembled a team of 6 experienced recruiters to source and screen a wide variety of Healthcare Technology candidates for positions across EMR and ERP practices and for nearly every major US city. In just 9 months, our team generated over 600 candidates for this client, which resulted in their exceeding their hiring needs for that year. In addition, we evaluated their internal HR recruiting practices and shortened their time to hire from over 5 weeks to under 3 weeks. These changes enabled them to meet future hiring demands internally.
